Video, Design, and Localization: Social Media and Video

Design of social media posts and video editing for branding purposes of a Massively Multiplayer Online game (MMO). Posts integrate actual in-game captures, original artwork, and game concept art.

UI Design: Beat.Box

Art direction and design process for Beat.Box. 

Beat.Box is a new and exciting startup that offers curated music playlists to its users. Beat.Box produces a playlist based on a questionnaire the user answers when they create an account.

Beat.Box is a musical exploration and playlist creation application that caters to music lovers that want to discover new options based on their personality and likes — not reviews and friend recommendations. They provide a unique individualized service for their target audience and need to be trusted to deliver a range of musical options from emerging to mainstream — while not alienating their secondary, wider audience. Beat.box wants to ensure that customers see them as modern, very knowledgeable with “in the know” access, hip, and trendy. 

Beat.Box’s voice is hip but subtle and straightforward: they put a lot of research into their music selection, crafting custom playlists, and developing their secondary audience predefined lists. They are music lovers first and forever: they want to encourage users to expand their musical knowledge and offer through users self-defined personality traits and cultural touchpoints.

The overall tone is knowledgeable, individualistic, unexpected, and easy to use.

Media Posts and Logo: Social Media

Motion graphics and video edits for social media posts for a creative studio located in Mexico City. Posts focused on design trends, tech/pop media, promoting Spotify music lists, and studio projects amongst others.

Logo design for a social media account focused on fitness and running. The design is inspired by speed, geekiness, and the latest gadgets for health tracking.

The logo has different applications and color combinations for virtual badges, social media posts, and image collages.

Design for posters, calendars, and advertising materials for top automotive oil manufacturer brands.

Logo design for two internal regional campaigns focused on marketing and sales for automotive oils and services.

Goinng is an online publication that covers the dynamic intersection of technology, science, creativity, and the different forms of innovation.

The design of the logo is inspired by futuristic and technology-oriented magazines, books, and films. The concept is based on the idea of exploration and global dissemination of news and trends in technology, science, and innovations.

Illustration: Podcast

Digital illustration inspired by the "Girl in the Shed" episode of The NoSleep Podcast by David Cummings. 

The design style is based on antique engraving.

Design: Invitations, flyers and posters

Design of digital invitations, flyers, and print posters for internal sales campaigns.

Website and logo design: Gazette

Website and logo design for an online student newspaper focused on art history, philosophy, poetry, fiction, and essays. Used as a communication and dissemination platform for students of the University of the Cloister of Sor Juana in Mexico City.

The logo reflected the classic styles of antique wood engravers from the zocalo. “Arrebol” refers to the red glow clouds of dusk in Mexico City.

Office displays for two different marketing partnership campaigns: NFL 2017 and The Fast and the Furious - Titanium Gamer 2018 Edition.

Logo Design: Restaurants

Logo design for Hamburger House, a trendy restaurant in Mexico City whose prime market is young and hip people.

Logo design for Fresno, a top restaurant located in Mexico City. The prime concept is a rustic, intimate place where friends could have dinner with top wines and grills for meat, vegetables, and seafood.

Design of posters and standing displays for company annual events in Mexico City and Monterrey.

Design of gift cards for winery travels at Valle de Guadalupe in Baja California and for purchases in selected buying clubs in Mexico City.
